Founded in 1985, it is one of the first Algerian Law Firms dedicated to Business Law. His founder, Mr Samir Hamouda, formerly Banker and later Partner for several years of an international firm of consulting and auditing among the "Big Five", has acquired a great experience and knowledge of business law.

The Cabinet assists Algerian companies and groups of different sizes, international firms, banks, institutional and private investors. It collaborates occasionally with international institutions such as the World Bank, the IFC (International Finance Corporation).

Our rule is the direct involvement of the first manager in the processing and coordination of the files in order to guarantee quality services with a high reactivity and an interlocutor of experience always reachable.
