Law Firm of Business Law

Founded in 1985, it is one of the first Algerian Law Firms dedicated to Business Law. Its founder, Mr Samir Hamouda, formerly Banker and later Partner for several years of an international firm of consulting and auditing among the "Big Five", has acquired a great experience and knowledge of business law.

The Cabinet assists Algerian companies and groups of different sizes, international firms, banks, institutional and private investors. It collaborates occasionally with international institutions such as the World Bank, the IFC (International Finance Corporation).
